PURCHASING POLICY :
-No minimum order is requested.
-Prices can change without notice.
-We reserve the right not to sell/ship out certain products near a beauty salon already carrying these products. You will then be contacted to be notified.
-Any problem with the parcel or the products must be reported as soon as the order is received.
RETURN POLICY :
No return is accepted without our authorization.
You have 7 days after reception of the products to send your questions by e-mail to web@hormeta.ca. The return procedure, as well as your authorization number, will be indicated in an e-mail. Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions.
